Refund and Shipping Policy

INV Healthcare ships the products once it’s confirmed multiple times by the customer with proof of confirmation. We process three kinds of deliveries – prepaid, pre booking and COD. We deliver to more than 15 thousand pin codes with the help of our delivery partners. We do the basic diligence of the delivery partners but however don’t take 100percent guarantee of the delivery personnel.

We keep telephonic contact with our customers and give them all the details such as date of delivery, status of the package and ensure the shipment is delivered on time. The average delivery time is 2-3 business days. In case of delay, we communicate to the customer telephonically, however customers can contact our delivery as well as the central board line number.

We make sure that the customer get a proper shopping experience and try to make sure that the deliveries are safe and hassle free.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

INV Healthcare believes in full transparency and customer service. Customers have the option to cancel the product or even ask for an exchange but there are conditions applied.


You can cancel the product before or on the confirmation call in case of telephonic orders.

You can cancel the product within 24 hours of ordering in case of online orders, both COD or prepaid.


Refunds will only be given if there is a genuine medical reason with proof. However the right of refusal lies at the discretion of the seller.

Refunds will only be within 7 days of date of product delivery.

Refunds for COD will be given via mobile banking or wallets and prepaid orders will be done to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
