Dhanurasana (धनुरासन)

  1. Lie on your belly, press your toes onto the floor and then bend your knees, keeping the toes active. Grab the outer edges of your ankles with your hands and flex your feet strongly. 
  1. On inhalation, lift your rib cage and shoulders toward your ears. 
  2. On an exhalation, lengthen your tailbone and kick your legs back into your hands as you hold on firmly.
  1. From here, lift your head and chest. Gaze forward. Press down through your thighs to lift your chest. Stay lifted for 5 breaths. 

Vajrasana (वज्रासन)

  1. Kneel on the floor with your knees close together and your big toes touching.
  2. Sit back on your heels and place your palms on your thighs, keeping your spine straight.
  3. Relax your shoulders and close your eyes.
  4. Breathe deeply and hold this pose for a few minutes, focusing on your breath and cultivating a sense of grounding and stability.

Baddha Konsana (बद्ध कोणासन)

  1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you.
  2. Bend your knees and bring the soles of your feet together, allow your knees to point to opposite sides.
  3. Hold your feet or ankles with your hands.
  4. Sit down with your spine straight, gently pressing your knees down towards the floor.
  5. Breathe deeply and hold this pose for a few breaths.

Bhujangasana (भुजंगासन)

  1. Lie on your belly, with your legs extended with your feet facing upwards.
  2. Place your palms next to your shoulders, fingers pointing forward.
  3. Inhale, press your palms and lift your chest, keep your pelvis grounded.
  4. Straighten your arms, and keep your shoulders relaxed away from your ears.
  5. Look forward or slightly upwards, lengthening your neck.
  6. Breathe deeply and hold this pose for a few breaths.

Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (एकपद राजकपोतासन )

  1. Begin in a tabletop position with your hands and knees on the floor.
  2. Slide your right knee forward between your hands and place your right foot near your left hip.
  3. Extend your left leg back, keeping your toes tucked under.
  4. Square your hips to the front and align your torso over your hips.
  5. Inhale, lengthen your spine, and on an exhale, begin to fold forward, walking your hands forward as far as comfortable.
  6. Rest your forearms, chest, or forehead on the floor, allowing your body to relax into the pose.
  7. Breathe deeply and hold this pose for a few breaths, feeling a stretch in your hip flexors and thighs.
  8. Repeat on the other side

Balasana (बालासन)

  1. Kneel on the floor, touching your big toes together and sitting on your heels.
  2. On an exhale, fold your torso forward and bring your forehead to the floor.
  3. Extend your arms forward or rest them alongside your body, palms facing up.
  4. Relax your shoulders, allowing them to release any tension.
  5. Allow your hips to sink back towards your heels, feeling a gentle stretch in your lower back and hips.
  6. Take slow, deep breaths, allowing your body to surrender and find comfort in this resting pose.
  7. Stay in Balasana for as long as you like, taking the time to relax and restore your energy.
