Every man aspires to success. Anything he believes deserves his blood, sweat, and tears, whether it be in athletics, marriage, parenting, at work, business, ministry, or any other endeavour. But there are some requirements that a man has that stand out and help him on his long path to success.

Instead of trying to associate men with success, maybe we should think about, “What does it really take to become one?” 

Every man is aware that there are some less evident conditions he has to have in place if he ever hopes to attain true greatness. To put it more specifically, there are 5 things that each and every man needs to be happy and healthy.

  1. Every man needs a COACH who will teach him and train him

Have you ever witnessed an Olympic gold medal winner without a coach? No man has ever become a champion without a good coach. Many men, though, attempt to succeed in life without one. A coach is a male role model or mentor who has more wisdom and experience than you do. He assists you in precisely defining your objectives and then carefully instructs, trains, and equips you to realize them. Without a skilled coach, no man can hope to be a champion in anything. There is always room for improvement, at least, that is what a strong man believes. A strong man is physically and mentally strong enough to overcome the pain and hurdles of life, emerging out better than ever.

  1. Every man needs a TEAM that will march beside him and go to battle if necessary.

Only your team can match your strength. Consider this. No matter how strong you are, if another man has more “spotters” than you, he will always be stronger than you. One of you will never be superior to the entire team, so the caliber and power of your squad will directly affect your performance as a champion. A winning team is essential.

Being a strong man is not just being physically and emotionally strong, but also preparing oneself to face and overcome all of life’s challenges. It entails becoming a source of inspiration for others.
